# Server Lands

Server Lands are common/free lands that allow players to get started building and developing their empires! 

Server Lands do not produce additional resources for the land owner or the residing towns.

Server Lands are the standard Lands where you build your Town when you stake your Buildings.

Server Lands are not owned by the player(s).

Server Lands are public (any player can join) only.
