The Fishing Leaderboard only counts the XP generated from Fishing. It'll reset every 7 days Rewards:
Rank 1-10 == 3 Fishing Chests
Rank 11-25 == 2 Fishing Chests
Rank 26-50 == 1 Fishing Chests
The Fishing Cest can contain:
Corals
Fishing Lures
Sea Stones
Lucky Fishing Lures
